For what is included in this engine release, see the reachability analysis changelog.

Note

Low Risk
Dependency-only patch bump with no Socket CLI code changes; scan/fix behavior may differ only per Coana 15.11.4 release notes.

Overview
Bumps the bundled Coana analysis engine from 15.11.3 to 15.11.4 by updating @coana-tech/cli in package.json and pnpm-lock.yaml.

Adds an Unreleased changelog entry noting the Coana CLI update; release automation will fold this into the next Socket CLI version. There are no Socket CLI source changes—only the vendored Coana version used for reachability scans, manifest generation, and socket fix (unless overridden via --reach-version / --fix-version).

For engine-specific fixes and behavior, see the reachability analysis changelog.
