This fixes a failure on the default branch's CI. The diagnosis and the evidence below come from the investigating agent's report; "confirmed by running" and "read in logs" are kept apart there.

test/qa/Project.toml: JET = "0.9, 0.10, 0.11" -> JET = "0.9, 0.10, 0.11, 0.12". No other edits, no .jl files changed (Runic not applicable; typos not needed for a TOML version string).

JET reports

JET 0.12.3 reported nothing on 1.13. No code fixes, nothing silenced.

Pre-existing LTS failure (not fixed here)

All 13 errors on 1.10 are UndefVarError: ispublic not defined from @test Base.ispublic(ParallelParticleSwarms, name) in the "Reexport surface" testset of test/qa/qa.jl. Base.ispublic exists only on Julia >= 1.11. The Aqua/ExplicitImports/JET block passes 19/19 on LTS. The same failure happens on unmodified main, and test/test_groups.toml runs QA on lts, so CI's LTS QA job is red on main too. It belongs in a separate PR (e.g. guard that assertion with VERSION >= v"1.11" or drop LTS from the QA versions); not done here because it is outside the JET-compat scope.

Notes

• Pkg.test() leaves a gitignored root Manifest.toml; it has to be deleted between +release and +lts runs, otherwise LTS fails spuriously on a manifest written by a different Julia version. Deleted before every reported run; working tree is clean.
• The commit author is Chris Rackauckas because GIT_AUTHOR_*/GIT_COMMITTER_* env vars are set on this machine. The required trailers are present.
