synthetic_replicates

Create synthetic biological and technical replicates for investigating replicability in examining cell proliferation parameters and cell line identification.

Code is written in Python 3.x. Requires scipy, numpy, and matplotlib.

To run:

python3 synthetic_replicates.py

or in iPython:

%run synthetic_replicates.py

Will generate two plots: plot1.png and plot2.png.
