This PR adds a self-contained Interactive Tabs Component example to the submissions/examples/ directory, adhering to all contribution guidelines.

🎯 What's Included

• submissions/examples/interactive-tabs-[initials]/demo.html: Semantic HTML with ARIA attributes for accessibility, showcasing 3 tabs with different content types.
• submissions/examples/interactive-tabs-[initials]/style.css: Smooth fade-in animations with accessibility support.
• submissions/examples/interactive-tabs-[initials]/README.md: Clear documentation on usage and value.

✅ Checklist

• Strictly inside submissions/examples/ (no core files touched).
• Unique initials appended to folder name to prevent naming collisions.
• Includes prefers-reduced-motion media query.
