This PR is an attempt to fix the issues with the documentation hub. To do this I've regenerated the yarn.lock file and fixed some syntax issues and inconsistencies with one of the documentation files in an attempt to ensure the CI/CD workflow stops breaking.
The workflow has been tested locally with the linux program Act in an attempt to make sure the pipeline does not break, the only error there was with the actions runtime token which I believe only works when being run on the pipeline itself, so this should in theory fix the issues.
No new documents are being added here, but I will be adding maintenance documentation to show others how to fix these issues in another PR.
