Hello, World! I'm Rahul Sahani, a backend-focused engineer who likes the hard part of the stack β APIs, data modeling, and the systems that hold them together.
I work mainly in Python and Node, building REST APIs, caching layers, and AI-powered pipelines β chatbots, embeddings, recommendation models, the logic behind the product rather than the pixels in front of it.
Right now I'm going deep on Java and Spring Boot, and on event-driven architecture β queues, retries, dead-letter handling β the kind of systems that have to be correct, not just functional.
When I'm not at the keyboard, you'll usually find me gaming or writing β the same curiosity that pulls me into a good system design also pulls me into a good story.
I'm currently looking for backend, platform, or AI-systems roles β places where the problem is logic, not layout.
Always happy to talk shop β reach out if you want to compare notes on APIs, data pipelines, or AI infra.
A few projects that show how I think. (Live links + READMEs added as each is polished.)
