Still GSM localization left, and GSM testing. We need a new Serial testing, if it can be tested.
Now the script always checks for a better DOP if possible, without blocking in critical states.
It was mostly implemented, but I added some small improvements to the recovery mode. Now it should be polished enough.

This implements the BME280 sensor for OpenStratos (#73). Should be working, but still needs testing. With this, we will have temperature, pressure and humidity readings through the atmosphere.
