The bare '@' alias was listed first, so imports like '@/lib/auth' were rewritten to app/lib/auth (nonexistent) instead of lib/auth, failing the build with UNLOADABLE_DEPENDENCY errors. https://claude.ai/code/session_016hMc4MJq9suffMRYpjZPYU
