Revert "Created new directory for mansiongame-new"

Reverts #1247

The renaming PR introduced a lot of blocking issues:

1. Downstream breakage: any teams who had started working on their game, making major changes to the folder/their files, now face painful merge conflicts, which would further delay the progress of the class with N@TM coming up soon

Though that's the main reason, I'm also reverting due to:
2. Import paths for any assets were not updated for the new folder names
3. Missing updates in .makeprojects

Proposed plan

1. Undo the renaming PR. Avoids teams having to handle the painful downstream consequences
2. We will open another PR that adds back the original Tri 1 mansion game in another folder called mansionGame-original or similar. This preserves the original Tri 1 game while keeping our merges clean.

This has been communicated with the other Product Owners across both periods via Slack.
