Add the possibility of declaring a compose key and generate compose files #248

Description

@xaltsc

I don't know if this concerns other OSes than Linux, but it would be nice to support an addition "dead key" that is the compose key. I'm guessing this is supported across all OSes.

I don't know how other OSes implement the use of the compose key, but as for Linux, it would be nice to generate compose files from the nice graphical TOML format that kalamine uses.

To give you an idea of what I want, here's a (very rough) TOML file that I wish kalamine would handle, where (or *⎄, since this is apparently the character representing it) describes the compose key, in 1dk+j https://paste.sr.ht/~xaltsc/4cd5af6534c10f45294bbc534acbd8f4ced50f75 .

Note that I'm working on that, even though my current understanding of how kalamine works is currently limited. I am very much available for discussions on discord (en français !).
