These are the plot scripts for study of GeV neutrino energy reconstruction.

The folder plot contains all the plots for paper.

For the smear matrix, in folder dat:

nue_sig_0.txt: for Method 1, pure calorimetry

nue_sig_1.txt: for Method 2, seperate hadron and lepton

nue_sig_2.txt: for Method 3, seperate track and dots

nue_sig_3.txt: for Method 4, correct neutron and pion

nue_sig_4.txt: for Light

nuebar* are all for anti electron neutrino
