would be nice to have:
e.g. "Holding: {item} ({itemcount:{item}}x total)"
-> "Holding: Cobblestone (156x total)"
currently i'm using {items, "&f(&a{i:count}x&f total) ", i:name=item & i:count>1},
but it doesnt count (and sum) offhand items.
