Stellar ledgers close roughly every 5 seconds, so the 2 second initial track transaction interval polled Horizon before the transaction could be indexed and wasted requests on not found responses. Raise the scheduleBackgroundEvent default to 5 seconds for the initial poll, while keeping reschedules at 2 seconds so retries stay responsive once the transaction is expected to be indexed.

fix: poll Horizon after 5s to match Stellar block time
## Explanation This PR is to fix a issue when asset controller send request before account was sync ### before the asset controller will trigger the snap to sync the asset metadata, during the sync the mutex lock was hold, which will delay the account sync process and may result timeout ### after the asset controller will only read the snap asset metadata <!-- Thanks for your contribution! …ry` dialog (#173) ## Explanation Adds a dedicated **Authorizations** section to the Snap confirmation UIs for `SignTransaction` and `SignAuthEntry`, and centralizes Soroban invocation rendering so both dialogs share the same layout. **Changes:** - Introduces shared UI components for Soroban invocation + JSON argument rendering and reuses them in both confirmation views. - Extends transaction mapping to extract Soroban authorization entries into a separate `readableTransaction.authorizations` structure. - Adds `getParam` helper (with tests) and updates i18n strings to support the new section. <!-- Thanks for your contribution! feat: Implement Keyring API v2 (without export account)
… (#179) ## Explanation <!-- Thanks for your contribution! Take a moment to answer these questions so that reviewers have the information they need to properly understand your changes: * What is the current state of things and why does it need to change? * What is the solution your changes offer and how does it work? * Are there any changes whose purpose might not obvious to those unfamiliar with the domain? * If your primary goal was to update one package but you found you had to update another one along the way, why did you do so? * If you had to upgrade a dependency, why did you do so? --> When computeFee fails with an insufficient native balance (or insufficient balance to cover fees), the fallback response previously returned only error.required as the fee amount. Clients that validate affordability against the total XLM ledger balance (not spendable) therefore under-counted the locked Stellar minimum reserve and still treated the quote as submittable. The swap CTA stayed enabled, and the transaction failed later at signAndSendTransaction. This change includes the account's minimumReserveBalance in that fallback amount so clients reach the same verdict as the snap's simulation: reportedAmount = required + minimumReserveBalance ## References <!-- Are there any issues that this pull request is tied to?
