Add x402 Reputation Index (verified-delivery endpoint reputation)

Adds the x402 Reputation Index to the Ecosystem section — an independent reputation layer over the x402 endpoint catalog.

What it does:

• Probes all ~10k Bazaar Base+USDC endpoints (unpaid 402 handshake, both header conventions, staleness-tiered re-probes)
• Attributes on-chain settlements only when the transaction sender is a known facilitator (seeded from x402scan's facilitator set), with payTo-collision detection so endpoints sharing a payout address don't inherit each other's history
• Flags wash traffic (micro-tx clusters, pay-to-mint patterns) and honeypots (pay-then-401)
• Pay-tests qualifying endpoints with real USDC — the top verdict tier requires verified delivery
• Serves five-tier verdicts over HTTP (/api/v1/reputation?url=) and remote MCP (/mcp), free rate-limited beta; live corpus stats at /api/v1/status
