Updates the mapped elements in the 'Air Help' dashboard (`bad_air` and `good_air`) to use a yellow border color (`border_color="yellow"`) with increased thickness (`border_width=4`), making the continuous pulsing hover state more prominent and visible to users. - Updates `dashboard_blocks.html` to modify the `pulseRange` variable for the `fade_pulse` animation from `0.5` to `1.0`. This ensures the pulsing opacity oscillates from fully transparent (0.0) to fully opaque (1.0), rather than bottoming out at 0.5. - Modifies `generate_dashboard.py` in the Air Help page to decrease the mapped SVG border widths from 4 to 3 for slightly tighter visuals.
