Summary
Fix the Python package version to match the 0.2.1 release metadata.
Why
The v0.2.1 tag was created with matching Cargo.toml and pyproject.toml versions, but atompack-py/python/atompack/init.py still reported 0.2.0.
Follow-up
After this PR is merged, retag v0.2.1 from the merge commit so the release tag matches all validated version sources.
