LSUHSC-CAIPP-Core-B

The Center for Applied Immunology and Pathological Processes (CAIPP) at LSU Health Shreveport is an NIH COBRE-funded initiative dedicated to advancing research in immunology and related disease processes. The center supports this mission by recruiting and retaining talented research and clinical faculty, while building robust infrastructure and fostering collaboration to expand research efforts across Louisiana. Within CAIPP, the Bioinformatics and Modeling Core serves as a centralized, fee-for-service resource for omics data analysis, data science, and systems-level modeling. The Core provides expertise in genomics, transcriptomics, network analysis, and computational biology to researchers at LSU Health Shreveport, while also offering training and educational opportunities to strengthen bioinformatics skills and promote data-driven research.
