Summary
Refactors the Form setting tests when using the Block Editor, iterating through post types (Page, Post, CPT), rather than having 3 repetitive test classes, in the same way the Classic Editor tests run in #1053.
Testing
CPTFormCest, PageFormCest and PostFormCest tests removed, as all Post Types are now covered by BlockEditorFormCest.
