This PR addresses theClickUp task discussed in meetings and on Slack to update the README with instructions for adding and removing STDIO and streamable HTTP MCPs. I’ve added add-mcp and remove-mcp instructions to the README. During testing, an extra MCP entry appeared in mcp-registry.json, but that change has been reverted. Only the README is intended to be updated.
