ComposeUIView()iOSUIViewfactory functions and theirComposeUIViewConfigurationstable by removing@ExperimentalComposeUiApi, mirroring the already-stableComposeUIViewController. Updates the klib ABI dump because experimental declarations are excluded from the public API dump.Fixes CMP-10328.
