Upgrade CI to use
actions/setup-node@v7(from v4) for Node 18 jobs. This brings security and caching improvements with no expected change to Node installation or npm cache behavior.NODE_AUTH_TOKENexport. If any workflow relies on it, setNODE_AUTH_TOKENexplicitly or use OIDC/Trusted Publisher for npm publishing.cache-primary-keyandcache-matched-keyare available for cache diagnostics, but not required by current workflows.Written for commit 2085003.
