The Rust formatting, linting, and test jobs currently fail on both this PR and the latest
maincommit. The linting and test logs fail while compiling the unchanged transitive dependencyethnum 1.5.2withE0512; the latestmainworkflow run shows the same failure. Deployment manifest validation passes.
