gradata-plugin (archived)

As of 2026-05-20, the Claude Code plugin is shipped as part of the main SDK. Install via:

pipx install gradata && gradata install --agent claude-code

All slash commands (/gradata status, /gradata forget, /gradata promote, /gradata prove) are now gradata CLI subcommands. Node hook lifecycles are handled by the SDK's gradata install command.
