Add Release Notes screen and navigation from Settings

Summary:

Added a new Release Notes screen to the app and connected it to the Settings screen.

What I did:

• Created a Release Notes screen to display app updates
• Displayed the current app version using ExpoConstants
• Added navigation from Settings to the Release Notes screen
• Cleaned up UI and formatting

Notes

• Release notes content is currently static
• Minor UI differences may appear across devices

Can you please try to fix [Lint / ESLint & Prettier} error. there is a tutorial on teams you can have a look at it and try to fix it. and if you need to more please it me know. Happy to help you
