Post-release sync (RED LINE #9). Brings the
release/v0.33.0 → mainmerge commits back intodevso dev does not lag main and the next release branch cuts cleanly. Content-identical (dev already has all v0.33 work); this carries the merge commits (#381 release merge, #331 gh-actions which targeted main, #359).Merge with a merge commit (not squash).
