node 0.12 incompatible

Node 0.12 contains some breaking C++ changes which makes this module unable to be built. It would be nice to make it up to date with the modern node version.

Node 4.0 stable has been released, it's totally unsupported by this module now. Any progress on this?

Hi @artch I'm still quite busy on some projects but will take a look at this .
last time I tried it took me lot of time and effort without encouraging result, your last link seems interesting, I'll give it a try :)
