Building Zoen: an AI workspace and operational foundry for teams that run real agents, with ontology, governance, and delivery in one place.
Most of the product lives in private repos. What is public here is the layer I want other people (and other agents) to reuse.

- Edge specs. Narrow protocols that need to be open to be useful, like financial intent challenges.
