Small Fix to the angled testcase in test_simd_rotate_vec
Rotating (the z unit vector) around the y axis by pi/2 should result in a unit vector in the x-z plane (towards positive x and z by the right hand rule).
Note: I cherry picked the first commit in #2 so either PR can land first
