Ideogram Vector 1 shipped in Comfy-Org/ComfyUI#17298 and Comfy-Org/workflow_templates#1374 with two templates, and the Ideogram pages covered image models only. This adds the vector page.

New page: tutorials/partner-nodes/ideogram/ideogram-vector.mdx (EN + zh/ja/ko, nav entry in all four languages, placed first in the Ideogram group)

• Text to SVG: prompt up to 9500 characters, up to five reference images called as @Image1 to @Image5, auto and 15 fixed aspect ratios, low/medium/high quality, seed reproduces the same SVG
• Image to SVG: one or more source images, simple vs default detail mode, transparent areas stay transparent, one SVG per image in a batch
• Output is an SVG through a Save SVG node, not a bitmap
• Preview images, input assets, and Cloud template links verified 200
