The FLUX 3 Video nodes now accept 1440p and 2160p output on top of 720p and 1080p (Comfy-Org/ComfyUI#17200, _FLUX3_RESOLUTIONS in comfy_api_nodes/nodes_bfl.py).

This updates the formats line on the FLUX 3 Video page in EN, zh, ja, and ko. The matching per-second credit rows for the new resolutions are in #2027, which keeps every rate edit in one pricing PR.

Verified: _FLUX3_RESOLUTIONS in comfy_api_nodes/nodes_bfl.py is 720p/1080p/1440p/2160p and is used by the FLUX 3 Text/Image to Video and Continuation nodes. All four languages are updated consistently and the hashes are refreshed. (FLUX 3 Max is still 720p/1080p only and is a separate page, so it is not affected.) LGTM.
