Update dota2abilities trivia

Description of the changes

• Description updated to reflect which patch changes were last made to trivia (patch 7.41c)
• Removed abilities no longer in the game
• Added all heroes and abilities
  • Heroes/abilities that do not have an image asset are commented out with template, ready for URL insert and uncommenting
  • No new images were added
• Innate abilities are denoted in question
• Abilities grouped by hero with ability position commented in brackets
• Every existing image verified and commented out broken image URLs
• Add QOL changes to answers for better user experience such as:
  • Apostrophe not required if possessive (e.g. Reaper's Scythe & Reapers Scythe valid)
  • Accept intentional typos for some abilities (e.g. Doppelganger & Doppleganger valid)
  • Some abilities accept spaced and combined as answers (e.g. Life Break & Lifebreak valid)
  • If image asset for ability is the same as the sub-ability, do not confuse user with a separate question (e.g. Ice Blast & Release valid)
