- Remove items that no longer appear in the game - Allow answering popular abbreviations and Dota 1 item names - Remove questions that deal with the state or "tier" of the item (bottle qty, level) unless standalone item (e.g. boots of travel 2)

Description of the changes
I would add items, but was advised this would require images to be uploaded and owned by the org. So just a cleanup for now.

Tested by renaming file and uploading as a custom trivia list.
