Description of the changes
The idea here is that the user can first update to Red 3.5.25 and then call
redbot-updateto perform further updates. This will only work correctly once there's some release made after 3.5.25 sinceredbot-updatedoesn't do anything if Red is already up-to-date and part of this PR is removing some of the manual steps.Depends on #6752.
