I think a better default would be not to send DMs on unmute. To keep the behaviour unchanged for existing users, you can implement a migration that sets dm_on_unmute to True when dm is True.

This PR introduces a new feature - mute dms and unmute dms fully independent toggles
New command :
[p]muteset unmutesenddm true/false- controls unmute dms independentlydm_on_unmutedefaults toTrueso existing behavior is preserved for guilds that haddm=TrueHave the changes in this PR been tested?
