Pull Request Overview
This PR updates Russian (ru-RU) and Spanish (es-ES) translation files to reflect recent code changes in the CoW Swap frontend application.
Key Changes:
- Added new translation entries for time unit abbreviations (y, h, s, d, m, mo) used in TWAP deadline displays
- Added new translation for the simplified unsupported networks message
- Updated the network announcement message to support dynamic chain lists
- Marked obsolete translations that have been replaced or removed from the codebase
