fix: correct dashboard link in secure auth protection page

Problem

The link to the user-verification settings on the [Secure Auth](https://docs.arcade.dev/en/guides/user-facing-agents/secure-auth-production) page is currently pointing to https://api.arcade.dev/dashboard/auth/settings, which takes users to the wrong section of the dashboard.

Fix

Updated the link https://api.arcade.dev/dashboard/auth/settings to point to the correct destination: https://api.arcade.dev/dashboard/settings/user-verification.

Note

This is a quick fix to ensure users are routed to the intended dashboard section when following the documentation.
