AppSprout designs and builds AI-powered products that solve complex, domain-specific problems. Our work spans molecular science, agriculture technology, and AI infrastructure — with a focus on multi-agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, and intelligent automation.

We operate at two levels: we build production applications for specialized industries, and we develop the underlying AI infrastructure that powers them. Our open-source work distills the patterns and architectures we've proven in production into tools the broader developer community can build on.

An AI-driven molecular design system for paleontological and materials preservation. PaleoBond uses a 17-tool agent system built on the Claude Agent SDK to generate novel molecular compounds optimized for specific preservation targets — from hydrophane opal stabilization to pyrite disease prevention. The platform combines a React frontend with Three.js molecular visualization, a FastAPI backend with RDKit cheminformatics, and a Rust-based high-performance molecular scorer.

An intelligent cannabis cultivation platform powered by multi-model AI and RAG-enhanced knowledge retrieval. CannaSage provides personalized, scientifically-backed growing guidance through specialized AI chains for nutrient calculation, pest management, yield prediction, and compliance checking. The system serves 228 AI-generated SOPs at 9.25/10 average quality with 30% accuracy improvement through vector search across a verified knowledge base.

Our flagship open-source project. Mnemonic is a local-first, air-gapped memory daemon that learns and organizes knowledge through biologically-inspired cognitive processes. It runs 8 cognitive agents — perception, encoding, episoding, consolidation, retrieval, metacognition, dreaming, and abstraction — coordinated by an autonomous orchestrator and event-driven reactor. The system watches your filesystem, terminal, and clipboard, automatically building an association graph where memories become patterns, patterns become principles, and principles become axioms. Exposes 13 MCP tools for seamless integration with AI agents like Claude Code.
