for easy discovery. That is a suitable place than under "Contribute" because SIGs are located `/sigs` directory, not under `/contribute`.
Other SIGs doesn't have a definite article either.

That is a suitable place than under "Contribute" because SIGs are located
/sigsdirectory, not under/contribute.Also, removed "The" from Marketing SIG on the sidebar because other SIGs don't have a definite article either.
