This PR separates the Phone UI custom menu from the PlayerControl side of it, such that it's easier to reuse the base functionality for different types of UIs that use the same basis, e.g., Guesser Menu in TOU:Mira
This PR has been expanded with more base classes of Phone Menus, one with the ability to have a lot of entries that require searching and separating into pages, and another that allows multiple selections of the same entry type.
