TC Status message isn't correct

Our status message might make the clients think we're busy with something else and they don't start the DDOP upload.

Once this PR is approved we need to update our stack version.

I tried to make a build based on this version of the stack:
gunicsba/AgIsoStack-plus-plus@d4d36dd
And include all of our changes from here too.
