* Only accepts the following forms:
- Bash extglob '@(patterns)' for inclusion, disallowing build on
listed targets.
- Bash extglob '!(patterns)' for exclusion, allowing build only on
listed targets.
- Single entry for simple inclusion.
* No longer uses regexes for matching FAIL_ARCH lists.
* Rejects invalid FAIL_ARCH expressions.
* Add tests for the new FAIL_ARCH parsing logic.
* Add i486 to ALL_ARCHS; However it is not ready for build yet.
