[Should fix] README says to store the admin token as a variable instead of a secret #63

Description

@sbp-bvanb

Should fix (pr-reviewer): The README tells users to store the admin token as a SETTINGS_GUARD variable, but the example reads secrets.SETTINGS_GUARD (line 27). Following the prose stores the token in plain text and gives the action an empty GH_TOKEN.

Fix: Change the text to "store it as a SETTINGS_GUARD repository secret".

    Fixed in #72 (3898f8b): the README now says to store the token as a SETTINGS_GUARD secret.
