Description
Add workflow_dispatch: to ensure action can be run manually:

workflow_dispatch:
Updated for main @ e1ec2fd: the repository's own .github/workflows/settings.yml already has workflow_dispatch: (added in #72). What remains is adding workflow_dispatch: to the README Quickstart example:
