feat: Make task names expandable in filter dropdown #2944

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In the "Filter by task" dropdown on the runs page, tasks with long names are truncated or hard to read, especially when multiple tasks share the same namespace prefix.
Describe the solution you'd like to see
Make the task name items in the filter dropdown expandable or show the full name on hover so users can see the complete task name.
Describe alternate solutions
- Add a tooltip on hover showing the full name
- Increase the dropdown min-width
