Revisit the demo version for the new dashboard

The demo for the new dash was built last year, it will ne nice to see where we are with it and send UNICEF a link where the team can view it and give us feedback.

To reiterate the feature list:

• displays U1 & U5 data-performance heat maps
• location rankings
• historic performance
• gender distribution
• contributing centres
• total and new centre counts

Al of the above with location and time range filtering.
