Is the Button component supposed to have uneven top/bottom padding?

Based on this line, the Button component styles' has enforced zero padding-top while allowing for any value for padding-bottom resulting to the the buttons all over Strapi looking like this -- more space at the bottom.

Is this intentional?

Drives me nuts. Was trying to modify it, but seems not possible via theme provider.
