This problem occurred after I reinstalled the system, so I don't think it's a system issue. Additionally, I modified the permissions for C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\715AleksandrMaslov.MagicPods_2.0.97.0_x64__vk1h99z2mpttm to allow me to manually run "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\715AleksandrMaslov.MagicPods_2.0.97.0_x64__vk1h99z2mpttm\MagicPodsUI.exe" with elevated privileges,

I don't want my C:\ drive to be fully controlled by any Microsoft Store app, and modifying security settings takes too long, so I tried running MagicPodsUI.exe with administrator privileges.

You cannot run MagicPods using an .exe file. I think you have broken the Microsoft Store storage. You can try reset Microsoft Store and reinstall app
