Version: 1.12 - latest (using docker compose with latest image tag)

When workflow is running, users are notified by email: titled "(...) A document needs your attention".
To view the document and validate the workflow, please visit the link below:

link looks like this:

This page is blank. Correct one should be (or at least such link is shown at frontend):
