Discover page - Row movement arrows not functioning - Develop Branch

Description

On discover page the " < "and " > " row scroll is not functioning. The "Arrows" work and seem to function correctly, but the images/movies/shows do not scroll left or right.

Testing on Firefox windows and Brave on Linux gives the same results.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Goto Discover page
2. Click and left or right markers on upper right of each row
3. Arrows react to input, row does not change

Expected results:

Row should shift left or right depending on arrow usage
