vault is locked

I don't know what had happened my vault is locked and it says Error, vault could not be loaded. can you help?

It looks like one of the configuration files was not found. Could you verify it exists in that location C:\Users\paulf\OneDrive\Pictures\Joyce\sfconfig.cfg? If it does, preferably make sure it is the only file in that folder, along with the "keystore.cfg" file and the "content" folder. You could also try moving those three items to a folder on the desktop with your name of choice. Make sure to remove the vault then and re-add it in the app 🙂

I got a folder named like this VೱᔧᙧғᔓᴗႳߚዑፐҍጠΦᎨA.sffs and all the file type are in SFFS

Unfortunately, without the necessary configuration files (sfconfig.cfg and keystore.cfg) recovery is impossible (the ReadMe file outlines this). Could you check the Recycle Bin folder to make sure you haven't accidentally deleted them?
